Resolve an order asset ID from asset (symbol, spot pair, @index, or numeric market index) and sourceDex ("" for default perps, "spot" for spot). Spot IDs are 10000 + spot market index; already formatted IDs are preserved. Token indexes are not market indexes. Unknown or ambiguous assets return 400; provider failures return 502. Use assetId as orders[].a or modify order.a before signing. Treat spot and perp as one balance only when the account abstraction mode is "unifiedAccount".
