Before the first payment to an endpoint, check it: a dead or misconfigured endpoint wastes the operator's budget and the agent's turns.
When the address an endpoint asks you to pay differs from its public listing, stop and confirm with your operator. It can be a legitimate rotation — or a hijacked endpoint.

Method

Every listed service (official MCP Registry, x402 Bazaar) is probed without paying or authenticating: x402 endpoints get one request with the listed method and must answer 402 with x402 terms; MCP servers must answer initialize. Working = answered as its protocol says (incl. needs auth/payment, or validates input first). payTo/network findings compare the live 402 terms with the catalogue on the same network. Figures are over services checked at least once; status changes and daily summaries are signed and logged.
