Send dollars to a bank account by ACH. Requires a bank destination registered beforehand with addBankingDestination (list them at GET /bank-recipients), which in turn requires an approved banking profile. A payout that cannot be fulfilled returns an error and the x402 payment does not settle, so the USDC stays in the wallet and the agent can retry.
