Returns the 24-hour VWAP of real DEX trades per chain, the deviation from par in its peg currency (JPY or USD) and a status (on_peg / watch / dislocated). Thresholds: 0.5% / 2% for USD pegs, 1% / 3% for JPY pegs. Chains with under $10,000 volume are marked thin and excluded from the verdict.
